  • You must record a clear, continuous unboxing video starting from opening the packaging.
  • Any issues or complaints must be reported within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the product.
  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted without a proper unboxing video as proof.

Our Return Process

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please follow these steps:

  1. Send your unboxing video and order details to our WhatsApp number.
  2. Our support team will verify the video and contact you.
  3. If the complaint is valid, SakinahMart BD will take all necessary actions (replacement or refund).

When Returns Are Not Accepted

  • Missing unboxing video.
  • Complaints reported after 2 days of delivery.
  • Damaged product due to customer mishandling.
