1. Product Information & Pricing

We import premium gadgets and kitchen items directly from China. While we try to ensure all details, descriptions, and prices are accurate, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and change information at any time without prior notice.

2. Ordering & Payments

All orders placed on our website are subject to availability and confirmation. We primarily support Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or verification issues.

3. Deliveries & Returns

Deliveries are made through third-party courier services. Standard delivery takes 2 to 7 business days. As outlined in our Return Policy, customers must record a continuous unboxing video starting from opening the package to qualify for any return or refund claims. Claims must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

4. Limitation of Liability

SakinahMart BD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or website services.
